The 11th Medical Supply Chain Conference 2025 was successfully held in Shanghai from November 21 to 23, 2025. Hosted by the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing (CFLP), organized by the Medical Device Supply Chain Branch of CFLP, and co-organized by Shanghai Pharmaceutical Medical Devices (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Park Development (Group) Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Lingang Qingpu Development Co., Ltd., the conference stands as a highly authoritative and influential event in China’s medical supply chain sector.

On February 13, the No. 1 central document of 2023 was released, which is the 20th No. 1 central document guiding the work of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" since the 21st century. The full text consists of nine parts, with multiple mentions of "cold chain" related matters, clearly stating the need to "accelerate grain drying, agricultural product origin refrigeration, and cold chain logistics facility construction", "support the construction of origin cold chain distribution centers", and "promote the sinking of cold chain logistics service networks to rural areas".

Starting from August 1, 2025, the requirement for shelf-life labeling stipulated in the Provisions on the Labeling Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Pieces (hereinafter referred to as the "Provisions") issued by the National Medical Products Administration has come into force. This new regulation, coupled with increasingly stringent warehousing technical requirements, is driving profound transformation in the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece industry.
